Pamper your body with a bath shower gel-skin cleanser, to gently cleanse and soften the skin, leaving it refreshed and smooth to the touch. To get naturally glowing skin one must exfoliate with the gel & a slightly abrasive washcloth-for best results.
Get your cosmetic ingredient dictionaries out for this one. Two ingredients that this product does not have, but most other products do, is Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES) and Sodium Lauryl Sulphates (SLS). These are foaming agents that strip your skin of its precious natural oils. My shower gel has none of these. It is also paraben free.

These ingredients do sound foreign, but if you do the homework-they aren't as bad as they sound.

This product does not foam up as much as the products that have the SLS in them. The best thing to do is use some kind of synthetic or natural sponge, scrubber, or cloth, to help it foam up.
