What is Czech Glass?

I have used every nail file there is! They all shred my nails...these glass files are smooth and are "super fine" on your nails - they get the job done and don't leave you with 'dangling shredded nail fibers'...I have 3 (home, work, car) and have given 4 of them as gifts. They come in a nice color assortment too.
