Items usually ship within 2 to 4 business days. I use the United States Post Office, and usually ship in flat rate priority boxes.
Items may be returned within 2 weeks from the time you receive the package. Items must have original tags and packaging.
Skin care products can not be returned if you have opened the container. This policy is to insure the freshness. Once opened-it can not be resold. Breaking the shrink wrap seal means the container was opened, and can not be sent back to Ali O.
